Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

These strawberries and cream overnight oats are creamy, dreamy, and a breeze to make. Just four ingredients and about as many minutes will give you a work week's worth of servings.

  • Mason jars with lids


  • cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 10 tbsp vanilla yogurt (non-dairy is fine. Greek, whole milk, whatever)
  • 4 cups milk (literally any milk)
  • cups strawberries, sliced or diced (this doesn't have to be exact... I usually just add to top of jar)


  • Gather jars. Add 1/2 oats to each jar.
  • Layer on yogurt, strawberries, and enough milk to cover top of oats.
  • Cover. Shake. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy cold or warm for 30-40 seconds in microwave. Add honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
