Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
A fun seasonal recipe for overnight oats. It's a great way to get an extra serving of veggies in each day!
- 2 c organic rolled oats
- 4 c milk any kind dairy/nondairy
- 1 c organic carrots shredded
- 1/4 c organic raisins
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Equally divide ingredients to containers with lids. Check notes for invidual jar amounts. (We prefer wide-mouth mason jars for overnight oats!)
Tighten lid, give it a few shakes, and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy cold or warm it up! (About 30 seconds uncovered in the microwave)
Optional: maple syrup, honey, applesauce, pecans, etc.
