March is a tricky time of year to meal plan. This week in particular, we’ve had a snowy day, a day in the 60s, and a yucky, rainy day. That’s why there’s a mix of comfort food in this one week gluten-free Walmart meal plan.
We’re using Walmart for this meal plan because having the free grocery pickup is one of our favorite ways to save time as busy parents. You can find out more about how to use the app here. (And if you want $10 off your first order, just follow this link.) They have a ton of affordable organic options available.
The price for this gluten-free Walmart meal plan comes out to $71 and change, making it about $10 per meal. Each meal should feed a family of four comfortably. My family has two adults and three kids (2,5,7) and we have leftovers most nights, to give you perspective. The cabbage soup in particular recipe will make A LOT of soup. You could even split a pound of ground beef between the stir fry and the soup if you’re looking to save even more money.
Double check all ingredients to make sure they are gluten-free! Lindsey says spices and broth in particular can be tricky. (They are a celiac family.) Products, prices, taxes, and availability can vary from region to region. Aldi fan too? We have a 5-day gluten-free Aldi meal plan here!
